Job Summary

The Reservation Assistant supports the reservations team by handling booking requests, maintaining accurate records, and assisting customers to ensure a smooth and professional reservation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving and processing reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Enter and update booking details accurately in the reservation system
  • Provide customers with basic information on services, vehicle options, and pricing
  • Coordinate with operations to confirm availability of vehicles and chauffeurs
  • Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests
  • Prepare daily reservation schedules and assist with dispatch coordination
  • Maintain organized customer and reservation records
  • Support customer service activities and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Assist in resolving minor customer issues and escalate when necessary

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Experience in customer service or reservations preferred (entry-level candidates may apply)
  • MS office computer skills ,Mails and familiarity with booking systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
