Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations & Operations Executive to support our operations team and serve as a key link between customers and our service teams. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, client communication, documentation, and compliance while building strong client relationships and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination & Scheduling
- Call customers and plan service schedules based on their availability and preferences.
- Allocate vehicles and service teams for each job, ensuring optimized routing and efficiency.
- Send service confirmation and communication to clients before every visit.
Operations Support
- Assist in daily operations including schedule planning, route optimization, and procedural improvements.
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation for each service.
- Take real-time updates and feedback from service teams during job execution.
- Reconcile completed service orders with Service Officers and liaise with the Accounts team for invoice generation.
Database & Administration
- Actively manage and update the client database for accuracy and direct mailing campaigns.
- Handle administrative work including scanning, filing, documentation, and shredding.
