Ampsy Consultancy LLC is a growing business services firm committed to delivering quality solutions across business setup and corporate support. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator (Male) to support our business development and client service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and follow-ups with clients.
- Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and client communications.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information and updates within the organization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of operational concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a coordination or support role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Presentable and professional communication style.
