We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, quotation preparation, follow-ups, documentation, and provide overall operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and operational updates
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer and internal requirements
- Follow up with customers on quotations and ongoing operational matters
- Maintain and manage operational and commercial documentation
- Provide operational coordination and support to internal teams
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations, reports, and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Business Administration or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, administration, or customer support
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
