About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Operations Coordinator to support daily activities within our corporate services team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in MS Office, Outlook, communication, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks within the corporate services department
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
  • Coordinate with typists and other support staff to ensure timely completion of work
  • Prepare, update, and maintain documents, records, and reports
  • Handle emails, schedules, and follow-ups using MS Outlook
  • Support administrative and operational procedures to improve efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Work Eligibility

  • Candidates must already hold a valid UAE dependent (husband) visa
  • Qualification: Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate service provider or similar environment
  • Familiarity with documentation, PRO work, and basic administrative procedures
