Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining lifeguard rotas and supporting other administrative tasks.

Key Objectives

Scheduling

  • Work alongside the Operations Officer and Team Leaders to ensure the lifeguard rota on Sling is accurate and up to date.
  • Record all approved leave on Sling once authorised by the Operations Officer.
  • Adjust schedules for periods such as public holidays and term breaks.
  • Liaise with ESM Relationship Managers to confirm pool bookings.
  • Assist the Head of Operations and Operations Officer with school curriculum scheduling and related communications.

Compliance

  • Collaborate with HR to collate all required documents for each lifeguard.
  • Share compliance documents with schools upon request.

Stock Management

  • Work with the Operations Officer to prepare first aid replenishment packages on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist the Operations Officer in preparing orders for various items.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

Desired Experience

  • Experience in an administrative or logistics role.
  • Experience working within an education or sports environment.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Scheduling experience.
  • High-level IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Confidence and capability to build relationships.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
