Role Purpose
We are seeking a driven and highly organized Operations Assistant with a proactive, “can-do” attitude to support influencer event planning and campaign deliveries across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in planning and organizing influencer events.
- Prepare and track event budgets.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors.
- Handle logistics, travel arrangements, and event permits.
- Assist in gifting campaigns and product deliveries to influencers.
- Build and maintain influencer databases and contact details.
- Produce presentations, reports, and other required materials.
- Monitor influencer campaign coverage on social media.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in events, operations, or an administrative role.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to work weekends or evenings if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work with digital tools.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
