Job Summary

We are hiring a service-oriented and detail-focused professional to join our Operations & Concierge team. This role is essential to ensure the seamless execution of client experiences in Dubai and other GCC destinations. Ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage logistics for daily operations, tours, transfers, and reservations

Assist clients during their trip (WhatsApp, phone, in-person)

Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, drivers, restaurants, guides, etc.)

Track bookings, payments, and confirmations

Update internal schedules and service reports

Solve problems with agility and professionalism

Occasionally accompany VIP guests during special experiences

Requirements

Fluent in Portuguese and English, or fluent in English with willingness to learn Portuguese phrases

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends or evenings if needed)

Experience in tourism, hospitality, or events

Knowledge of Dubai and surrounding areas is a plus

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Driver’s license in UAE is a plus
