About Us

We are a leading VIP luxury car rental company in Dubai, providing high-end vehicles and premium service to elite clients. We are looking for an experienced Rental Operations & Accounts Coordinator with strong knowledge of cash handling, contract opening/closing, and basic accounting within the car rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open, close, and extend rental agreements in the system
  • Handle cash, deposits, credit card payments, and refunds accurately
  • Daily contract reconciliation and financial closure
  • Coordinate with sales and maintenance teams for smooth operations
  • Provide professional customer service and resolve client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate invoices, receipts, and accounting records

What We’re Looking For

Professional attitude to deal with VIP clients

2+ years of proven experience in car rental operations/accounts (UAE preferred)

Strong knowledge of rental systems (TRS or similar)

Excellent cash handling and reconciliation skills

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
