Job Summary:

The Detailing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the vehicle detailing team, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of detailing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the detailing team
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Manage inventory of detailing supplies and place orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with other departments (sales, service, etc.)
• Schedule and assign jobs to team members based on priority and workload

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive detailing
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of detailing tools, products, and procedures
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
