Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and Behaviour-Based Safety practices.
- Coordinate daily operational activities (inbound, picking, outbound) to meet SLAs.
- Allocate tasks based on resource planning and escalate constraints or deviations.
- Track team performance against KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, overtime).
- Support shift handovers and participate in Tier 1 / Tier 2 performance discussions.
- Ensure compliance with Work Instructions, standards, and process confirmations.
- Support training, onboarding, and Excellence School initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement, performance reviews, and recognition activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environment
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of KPI tracking, safety, and process compliance
- Ability to work across shifts and manage operational priorities
- Intermediate education level
- Various MHE licenses, is an advantage
- At least four years’ experience in warehousing
