Job Purpose

To ensure the safety and security of office premises, employees, visitors, and company assets by monitoring access, enforcing security procedures, and responding promptly to incidents.

Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity & Safety

  • Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Verify visitor identification and maintain visitor entry logs.
  • Ensure all security procedures and access control policies are followed.
  • Patrol office premises regularly to identify and report security risks.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems (if applicable).
  • Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or damage to company property.
  • Respond immediately to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
  • Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
