Job Purpose
To ensure the safety and security of office premises, employees, visitors, and company assets by monitoring access, enforcing security procedures, and responding promptly to incidents.
Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity & Safety
- Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Verify visitor identification and maintain visitor entry logs.
- Ensure all security procedures and access control policies are followed.
- Patrol office premises regularly to identify and report security risks.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems (if applicable).
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or damage to company property.
- Respond immediately to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
