We are seeking a professional Office Receptionist with a real estate background who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will help ensure smooth office operations.

Location: Barsha Heights, Dubai

Job Responsibilities (JR):

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
  • Maintain records and perform basic administrative tasks
  • Support the office team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
