Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee administrative staff and support teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle basic HR and administrative functions such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding support.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage confidential documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications across departments.
  • Assist management with planning, budgeting, and office-related expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant local regulations.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and time management skills.
