We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and responsible Office & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling daily office administration, basic logistics coordination, and supporting management with smooth day-to-day operations. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administration and routine office tasks
  • Coordinate logistics activities such as deliveries, collections, and basic transport arrangements
  • Support coordination between staff, management, suppliers, and visitors
  • Maintain office records, files, and basic documentation
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments professionally
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and basic inventory
  • Assist management with follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination tasks
  • Perform occasional outdoor tasks when required (bank, courier, deliveries, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Well-organized, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous experience in office administration or logistics coordination is an advantage
