Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms & pantry
  • Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Support admin & HR department when required
  • Monitor office supplies and inform for replenishment
  • Handle basic courier deliveries and document collection
  • Maintain hygiene and follow company standards
