Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, meeting rooms & pantry
- Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Support admin & HR department when required
- Monitor office supplies and inform for replenishment
- Handle basic courier deliveries and document collection
- Maintain hygiene and follow company standards
