Full job description
- Picking up office purchases or other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Deposits Cheque to bank.
- Assist with obtaining and renewing licenses, permits, visas, and other official documents from government authorities.
- Facilitate the smooth processing of all employee-related documents including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle company documentation related to government agencies and ensure timely submission.
- Assist in handling any legal paperwork or government-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
– Nationality: Any
– Proven experience in the same position.
– Excellent organizational skills
– knowledge on all Government official smart apps.
– UAE driving license (Mandatory)
