Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
- Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks
- Handle office errands such as bank work, document delivery, or purchasing office supplies
- Support staff with any additional tasks as assigned by management
- Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked and organized
Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Polite, disciplined, and well-mannered
- Physically fit and able to handle routine office duties
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage (but not mandatory)
- Willingness to follow office rules and instructions
