1. Office Organization:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients and Serve refreshments (coffee, tea, water) to visitors and staff.
  • Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry are consistently tidy and organized.
  • Organize documents, prints, and archives in a systematic manner.

2. External Errands and Logistics (Using Company Vehicle):

  • Deliver and collect official documents or samples and goods from suppliers or clients.
  • Purchase basic office supplies or pantry items (coffee, tea, etc.) as needed.
  • Perform basic maintenance of the assigned company vehicle (e.g., ensuring it is clean and refueled).

3. Other Supportive Duties:

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct manager or management team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Education: No high degree required (High school diploma or equivalent may be sufficient).
  • Driving License: Mandatory possession of a valid driving license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (Office Boy, Office Assistant, Messenger) is preferred, especially in a medical or corporate environment, but not mandatory.
  • Personal Skills:
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to move around, stand for periods of time, and carry light items.
  • Professional Appearance: Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Reliability and Honesty: Trustworthiness in handling documents and simple financial tasks.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
  • Communication: Good communication skills (Arabic). Basic knowledge of English is a strong advantage.
  • Behavior: Polite, cooperative, and able to work.
