Core Responsibilities

  • Office Maintenance: Ensuring the office premises, furniture, and equipment are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Pantry Services: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and guests.
  • Document Handling: Delivering files, documents, and couriers between departments or to external locations.
  • Supplies Management: Monitoring office and pantry supplies (stationery, snacks, cleaning items) and informing management when restocks are needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating basic office machinery like photocopiers, scanners, and laminators.
  • Guest Assistance: Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or waiting area.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Basic Knowledge of Computer and High school diploma or equivalent is usually sufficient.
  • Soft Skills: A polite, helpful attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Physical Stamina: The ability to remain active, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and honesty are highly valued for this role.
