Full job description
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Set up meeting rooms and prepare refreshments for meetings as needed.
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies and groceries.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Help with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and report any issues.
- Perform other duties as requested by management to support office operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
