Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.)
- Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors
- Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Ensure office supplies and pantry stock are always available
- Assist staff with simple errands and daily office support tasks
- Help with meeting room preparation and setup if required
- Coordinate with the administrative team for ad-hoc tasks and general assistance
Requirements:
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Based in Dubai
