We are a well-established car rental company in Dubai looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be currently inside Dubai, have strong communication skills, and be able to support daily office and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office administration
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings
- Coordinate with drivers and manage vehicle schedules
- Update records, contracts, and rental documentation
- Support basic accounting and filing tasks
- Provide general support to the operations team
Requirements:
- Must be inside Dubai
- Minimum High School education
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in car rental or customer service is a plus
