Office Assistant

Summary: Keep the office clean, safe, and organized; support meetings, hospitality, and light admin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean/sanitize offices, meeting rooms, reception, pantry & washrooms
  • Dispose of waste and restock supplies
  • Set up/reset meeting rooms and common areas
  • Assist with parcels, refreshments, and basic office support

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Punctual, polite, trustworthy; basic English
  • Well-groomed; able to handle light lifting
  • Previous similar experience is a plus
