We are looking for a motivated and responsible Office Assistant to join our Typing Centre in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will provide general office support, assist customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling office tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Support in preparing documents and forms for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.
- Handle basic data entry and record keeping.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Male or Female candidates are welcome.
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills preferred).
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Should have a positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.
