Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Office Assistant to join our Typing Centre in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will provide general office support, assist customers, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling office tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Support in preparing documents and forms for customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.
  • Handle basic data entry and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female candidates are welcome.
  • Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Should have a positive attitude and customer-friendly behavior.
