Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator / Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations while also supporting the sales process — from client communication to order coordination and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
- Handle email correspondence and client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support the sales team in identifying and following up with new and existing clients.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, supplier quotations, and client data.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts departments for order processing and delivery.
- Assist management with reports, scheduling, and communication across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or sales support (preferably in the automotive or machinery parts industry).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
