Front Desk & Client Handling:

  • Welcome clients, investors, developers, and walk-in visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails related to property inquiries and route them to the concerned sales team.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable reception area aligned with real estate office standards.

Real Estate Office Administration:

  • Manage and maintain client records, broker documents, and property-related files (soft & hard copies).
  • Coordinate property viewing schedules, client appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist sales and portfolio managers with basic administrative support and documentation.

Coordination with Authorities & Vendors:

  • Support coordination with developers, banks, trustees, and government portals when required (DLD, Ejari, Trakheesi – basic support).
  • Manage courier, document submissions, and follow-ups with external parties.

HR & Internal Support:

  • Assist HR with attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, and staff records.
  • Maintain office supplies, pantry stock, and general office requirements.

Compliance & Discipline:

  • Ensure confidentiality of client data, deals, and company information.
  • Follow company policies, working hours, and reporting structure strictly.
  • Maintain punctuality, professional dress code, and front-office discipline.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a real estate brokerage or corporate office in the UAE preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Organized, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
