Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, support various departments, and maintain a productive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize company records and filing systems
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support HR and finance with basic administrative tasks
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the office space
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
