We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while also being available for local errands, bank/PRO-related work, and coordination tasks requiring driving.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Diploma or certification in Office Administration or related area (advantageous).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Experience with office software (MS Office Suite, email systems, and databases).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Coordinating office activities and projects
  • Policy implementation and compliance monitoring
  • Quick decision-making in daily office operations
  • Handling inquiries and complaints politely
  • Preferably with UAE Driving License
