Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital & physical)
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documents
- Perform secure and accurate data entry and database management.
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal coordination
- Day to day work depending on the company requirements.
- Support management with administrative tasks as required
- Quotation and follow-ups etc.
- Document controlling work
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & CRM
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
