Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in our real estate brokerage. The role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between management, sales agents, developers, and clients while maintaining accurate documentation and professional office standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks within the real estate office
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and sales agents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documentation (forms, contracts, client files)
- Support sales team with paperwork, listings, and coordination with developers
- Maintain CRM data, client records, and lead documentation
- Assist with compliance-related tasks (RERA, KYC, AML documentation)
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and service providers when required
- Track agent attendance, leaves, and basic HR administrative tasks
- Ensure office supplies, systems, and facilities are well maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Admin Assistant (real estate experience preferred)
- Familiarity with real estate processes in the UAE is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
