We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, coordination, and maintaining smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally
- Maintain files, records, and office documentation
- Assist with data entry, reports, and basic paperwork
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Support accounts and billing work (basic level)
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-managed
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or admin staff is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
