We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, coordination, and maintaining smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally
  • Maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and basic paperwork
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support accounts and billing work (basic level)
  • Coordinate with staff, vendors, and service providers
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-managed

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or admin staff is an advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
