We are looking for a well-organized, talented and active Office Administrator with hands-on experience in government registrations and regulatory processes. The role is responsible for managing office administration, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring company compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all government registrations, renewals, and compliance activities
  • Coordinate with government departments and online portals for submissions, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update company legal documents, licenses, and compliance records, manage contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and official correspondence
  • Manage office administration tasks including correspondence, filing, and record keeping, prepare official letters, forms, and reports as required
  • Assist in tender registrations, vendor prequalification, and client documentation related to IT projects.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, PROs, and external service providers

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4–5 years of UAE experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government registration procedures and portals
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • IT or technical background is a plus
  • Preferably male candidate
