Office Administrator (Accounting & Operations Support)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong experience in administrative work and accounting support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both customers and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily office administrative tasks and provide operational support
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate matters to senior management when required
- Research, identify, and communicate with suppliers
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (Intuit) – this is a mandatory requirement
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth office workflow
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Intuit (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in supplier sourcing and vendor coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualities:
- Professional, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
- Minimum experience required 5 years in same field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Team player who communicates effectively with management
