Office Administrator (Accounting & Operations Support)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong experience in administrative work and accounting support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both customers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily office administrative tasks and provide operational support
  • Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate matters to senior management when required
  • Research, identify, and communicate with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (Intuit) – this is a mandatory requirement
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting tasks
  • Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth office workflow

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in office administration
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Intuit (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in supplier sourcing and vendor coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualities:

  • Professional, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
  • Minimum experience required 5 years in same field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Team player who communicates effectively with management
