Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. This role is ideal for an Arabic speaker who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist with client communications and inquiries in Arabic.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR, sales, and finance teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
- Fluent in Arabic (required) and good command of English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge about CRM
Salary & Benefits:
