Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. This role is ideal for an Arabic speaker who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist with client communications and inquiries in Arabic.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR, sales, and finance teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
  • Fluent in Arabic (required) and good command of English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge about CRM

Salary & Benefits:
