We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while also being available for local errands, bank/PRO-related work, and coordination tasks requiring driving.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and staff calendars.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Provide administrative support to management and employees.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees (documentation, workstation setup).
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Experience with office management tools, equipment, and software.
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or Secretarial Studies is beneficial.
- Valid UAE Driving License
