This role will provide vital assistance across Office Administration, Property & Facilities Management, and HR Operations, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency in day-to-day activities.
Proposed Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive office administration support, primarily in property management and facilities management (FM).
- Manage document control, filing systems, and ensure proper maintenance of both digital and physical records.
- Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and related HR documentation.
- Support HR functions, including coordination of new recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage company vehicles – including tracking, maintenance, insurance, registration renewals, and related documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
