We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist with client management, and coordinate both internal office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal secretarial tasks and general office administration
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the executive
  • Maintain organized filing and communication systems
  • Assist with day-to-day operational support as required

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Currently based in Dubai – applications from outside the UAE will not be considered
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
