Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager specializing in Off-Plan Real Estate with a strong track record of over 5 years in the market. The successful candidate will lead our sales team, drive off-plan project sales, and build lasting relationships with clients and developers. This role requires deep knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property sector, exceptional leadership abilities, and the skills to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of property consultants with a focus on off-plan projects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize off-plan project sales.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Stay updated with upcoming off-plan launches, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide training and guidance to the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client relationship management.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and initiatives tailored to off-plan projects.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies throughout all sales transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in broker real estate company
  • Strong background in off-plan property sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, especially off-plan launches
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Established network of investors and industry contacts is a strong advantage.
