Responsibilities

  • Manage and update developer portals, pricing sheets, project launches, and availability
  • Coordinate EOIs, booking forms, agreements, and communication with developers
  • Maintain CRM data, lead pipelines, follow-up trackers, and daily reports
  • Prepare presentations, brochures, marketing materials, and WhatsApp content
  • Support client coordination, scheduling, document preparation, and inquiries
  • Assist the CEO and sales team during meetings in mobile locations
  • Keep off-plan project documentation accurate, organized, and ready for sales activities
  • Handle urgent and time-sensitive tasks with speed and precision
  • Work across multiple time zones as needed

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • Previous real estate experience is mandatory
  • (off-plan experience is preferred but not required)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling ability
  • Ability to work in mobile environments (hotels, cafés, developer offices)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital organization, and professional communication tools Candidates without real estate experience will not be considered.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
  • Commission: Paid on every off-plan transaction supported
  • Performance bonuses available

Working Hours

  • Full-time
  • Flexibility required depending on business and client needs
