Responsibilities
- Manage and update developer portals, pricing sheets, project launches, and availability
- Coordinate EOIs, booking forms, agreements, and communication with developers
- Maintain CRM data, lead pipelines, follow-up trackers, and daily reports
- Prepare presentations, brochures, marketing materials, and WhatsApp content
- Support client coordination, scheduling, document preparation, and inquiries
- Assist the CEO and sales team during meetings in mobile locations
- Keep off-plan project documentation accurate, organized, and ready for sales activities
- Handle urgent and time-sensitive tasks with speed and precision
- Work across multiple time zones as needed
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- Previous real estate experience is mandatory
- (off-plan experience is preferred but not required)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling ability
- Ability to work in mobile environments (hotels, cafés, developer offices)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital organization, and professional communication tools Candidates without real estate experience will not be considered.
Compensation
- Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
- Commission: Paid on every off-plan transaction supported
- Performance bonuses available
