Gemstones Nursery is a well-established early years setting in Ajman, licensed by the Ministry of Education and following the British EYFS curriculum. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead and develop our nursery with a strong commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

About You:

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and staff.
• Leading the academic and operational management, in line with the EYFS framework.
• Taking responsibility for curriculum planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Driving the development and training of staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Managing admissions and enrollment, supporting marketing efforts to attract families.
• Representing the nursery with professionalism in all interactions with parents and external authorities.
• Monitoring and managing financial activities, including petty cash, budget planning, and reporting to the founders.
• Ensuring full compliance with MOE, Municipality, Health, and APEA regulatory standards.
• Capturing and organizing content (photos/videos) for communication and promotion when needed.
• Reporting directly to the Founders and playing a key role in the growth and direction of the nursery.

The successful candidate will have:

• CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or in a senior leadership role within the UAE.
• Must be currently residing in Ajman or willing to relocate immediately.
• Deep understanding of the British EYFS curriculum.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to handle operations, inspections, and compliance confidently.
• Knowledge of government portals and nursery finance systems is an advantage.
