Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist with direct experience in mobile phones and accessories. This is not a general sales position – we require someone from the mobile retail industry who can sell, advise, and handle service requests with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell new and used smartphones (Apple, Samsung, etc.)
• Advise customers on accessories such as:
• Phone cases, screen protectors, power banks
• Tripods, charging cables, phone straps, and more
• Handle repair intakes and customer service inquiries
• Ensure smooth customer experience from consultation to checkout
• Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Assist in store operations and stock management

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven experience in mobile phone/accessories retail
• Strong knowledge of smartphones, accessories
• Excellent sales and communication skills
• Customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor
• Fluent in English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and driven
