About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Phone Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues with mobile phones (hardware and software)
- Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port issues, water damage, etc.
- Install and update mobile software and apps
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools
- Record all service jobs accurately in the system
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the service area
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile phone servicing or technical support within UAE
- Knowledge of Android and iOS devices
- Ability to work with small tools and components
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
