About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Phone Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose issues with mobile phones (hardware and software)
  • Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port issues, water damage, etc.
  • Install and update mobile software and apps
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support
  • Maintain inventory of parts and tools
  • Record all service jobs accurately in the system
  • Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the service area

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile phone servicing or technical support within UAE
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS devices
  • Ability to work with small tools and components
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
