Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage site technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
• Plan daily work activities and report progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, site safety rules, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other trades and attend site meetings when required.
• Inspect materials, tools, and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Drive company light vehicles to transport staff, materials, and documents between sites.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safe operation of the assigned vehicle.
• Maintain vehicle logs and comply with UAE traffic regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Foreman in construction or maintenance projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE projects.
• Immediate availability.
