We are looking for an experienced and professional Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, and assist in promoting the clinic’s services to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about clinic services.
- Schedule, manage, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, or necessary updates.
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assist patients with registration and payment processes, ensuring all records are updated in the clinic system.
- Promote and explain the clinic’s services, packages, and offers to patients to encourage service uptake.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and basic healthcare procedures is a plus.
- Sales or promotional experience is an advantage.
