Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide clear information about our services.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure the reception area is tidy.

Requirements:

  • Visa Status: Must have own visa or be sponsored by husband.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical or clinic setting, is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
  • Attributes: Professional appearance, reliable, empathetic, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours & Schedule:

  • Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
  • Duty Schedule: Available in straight shifts or split shifts. Specific timings will be discussed during the interview.
