We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Medical Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical insurance, a strong client-focused approach, and the ability to manage individual clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized advice to clients based on their medical insurance needs.
• Assist clients in understanding policies, premiums, and coverage.
• Handle client inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Utilize leads from company sources to maximize client conversion.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical insurance sales or advisory.
• Established client portfolio in medical insurance is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE medical insurance regulations is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
