Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced multi-skilled tradesperson with hands-on expertise in masonry, electrical work, plumbing, and general labor assistance. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, supporting different trades as needed on residential, commercial, or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:Masonry Duties:

• Construct, repair, and maintain structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other materials.
• Mix mortar and concrete, lay foundations, build walls, and finish surfaces.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to execute accurate structural work.

Electrical Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain wiring, outlets, light fixtures, and circuit breakers.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.

Plumbing Duties:

• Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related fixtures.
• Detect and fix leaks, clogs, or other plumbing issues.
• Read plumbing plans and ensure proper installation of pipes and systems.

General Helper Duties:

• Assist skilled workers and contractors as needed.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in at least two of the following trades: masonry, electrical, or plumbing (experience in all is preferred).
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety and tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification or license in electrical/plumbing (as per local regulations) is a plus.
