Job Summary
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising marketing activities to increase patient flow, brand visibility, and revenue for the clinic. This role manages digital and offline marketing, coordinates with call center and front desk teams, and ensures all campaigns comply with UAE healthcare advertising regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for medical, dental, dermatology, and aesthetic services
- Supervise daily marketing activities, team members, and external agencies
- Manage digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, promotions)
- Coordinate with call center and reception to convert leads into appointments
- Monitor patient leads, campaign performance, and ROI
- Ensure branding consistency across all platforms and in-clinic materials
- Handle clinic promotions, packages, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate influencer marketing and partnerships (if applicable)
- Ensure full compliance with MOH / DHA advertising guidelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated monthly
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Monthly patient footfall growth
- Campaign ROI
- Social media reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Timely execution of approved marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in clinic / healthcare marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms
- Experience supervising staff or coordinating agencies
- Understanding of UAE healthcare advertising rules is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills
NOTE : Job location is for three banches in dubai , ajman and dibba fujairah , driving licenseis mandatory
