Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan in alignment with business goals.
- Lead campaign planning and coordination across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- Build and manage strategic brand partnerships (luxury brands, tourism entities, airlines, etc.).
- Manage local PR agency relationships and oversee press coverage and influencer activations.
- Coordinate marketing events, media visits, and content collaborations.
- Oversee budget allocation, reporting, and ROI tracking.
- Support the Director in developing brand storytelling and positioning strategies.
- Ensure brand integrity across all guest touchpoints.
Ideal Profile:
- 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, PR, or brand partnerships within hospitality or luxury sectors.
- Strong network and understanding of the regional media and influencer landscape.
- Experience managing campaigns, events, and collaborations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
